Although David Carron has 10 years of experience handling all aspects of family law, it is the rights and welfare of children involved in custody or other cases that he is most passionate about. The desire to represent children caught up in difficult and often high-conflict situations was the motivating force behind his pursuit of the Child Welfare Law Specialist designation from the National Association of Counsel for Children, which he received in 2011.
David Carron’s family law areas of practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts include:
- Serving as guardian ad litem
- Child custody and visitation rights
- Child support
- Delinquency cases
- Parental neglect cases
- Domestic and child abuse situations
- Divorce and alimony
- Grandparent and other associated family law issues
- Educational concerns (Individualized Education Programs or IEPs and administrative and expulsion hearings)
As a general law practitioner, David Carron also tries and serves as counsel for private clients seeking to resolve criminal and civil cases in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, including:
- Restraining orders
- Domestic violence representation in criminal court (including assault, trespass, and breach of peace)
